Sinelec with this document intends to codify the ethical and behavioral principles that, in the performance of social activity, such as relations with personnel and third parties.
The principles contained in this “Code of Ethics and Conduct” is the fact that disciplinary and contractual provisions apply for any violations.
Sinelec, sensitive to the need to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of company activities, has further strengthened its control and corporate governance tools by adopting an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The aim of the Model is to represent the system of rules and behavioural principles governing the Company’s activities, as well as the additional safeguards adopted in order to prevent crimes and administrative offences to which Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 applies, in compliance with corporate governance and the system for the allocation of functions and delegation of powers.
