26 May 2025 SINELEC always close to new talent with career days and academic partnerships
In May, SINELEC took part in the Career Days organized by the Politecnico di Milano, the University of Pavia, and the Politecnico di Torino – among the leading academic institutions in Italy – reaffirming the strategic importance of dialogue with the academic world for the development of the infrastructure sector. The goal is not only to attract new talent but also to contribute to the growth of skills.
Participation in these career events complement structured collaboration activities with academic institutions, including the polytechnic universities, which are internationally recognized for their excellence in technical and scientific education.
The presence of the entire ASTM Group, of which SINELEC is the technology arm, at the Career Day of the Politecnico di Milano is part of the broader context of the Investor Program – a project the Group has joined, featuring events and initiatives aimed at strengthening employer branding strategies and developing targeted recruiting plans.
ASTM has also established partnerships with the Politecnico di Torino through a three-year agreement with the Department of Structural, Building and Geotechnical Engineering (DISEG), which includes workshops, construction site visits, and technical focus in direct contact with industry professionals.
Supporting educational paths, investing in skills, and engaging with academia means contributing to the development of infrastructure that is not only physical but also cultural. For ASTM and SINELEC, guiding young people in their transition from university to the professional world is an integral part of its corporate responsibility and its vision for sustainable, shared, and long-lasting development.
