Sinelec took part in the “Rodovias do Futuro 2025” event held at the World Trade Center in São Paulo, Brazil. The initiative, promoted by ABCR (Associação Brasileira de Concessionárias de Rodovias), stands out as one of the leading events dedicated to technological innovation and advanced motorway infrastructure management in the country.
Sinelec’s exhibition space, shared with its partner Fadami—a Brazilian company specializing in the development of software solutions for the motorway sector—was the stage for the presentation of the company’s full range of mobility digitalization solutions. Among these was the S*GATE system: a free-flow toll collection platform that leverages AI, 3D tracking, and machine learning to allow vehicles to pass without stopping or slowing down at toll points.
This technology offers multiple benefits, including reduced travel duration and smoother traffic flow, as well as significant environmental advantages by limiting both air and noise pollution. Additionally, it contributes to greater road safety by drastically reducing the risk of sudden traffic jams near toll booths.
Already operational in Brazil, S*GATE has been implemented on the section managed by Ecovias Noroeste Paulista, a concession of EcoRodovias, part of the ASTM Group.
Sinelec’s participation in “Rodovias do Futuro 2025” reaffirms the Group’s commitment to developing technological solutions for the digital transformation of road infrastructure on a global scale.
