Sinelec launches the Leadership Program with Fondo Nuove Competenze



The future of infrastructure is moving fast and Sinelec is investing in its most valuable asset: people.

To strengthen its strategic capabilities and successfully face the complex challenges of the industry, Sinelec is launching the Leadership Program, a training initiative designed to enhance the skills needed to contribute to the growth and evolution of the infrastructure sector.

This training program is structured in six areas of development aimed at strengthening both the professional and personal skills of participants: digitalization processes, artificial intelligence, leadership and change management, communication, Industry 5.0 and energy efficiency, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The initiative is part of the “Fondo Nuove Competenze – Competenze per le innovazioni”, a Europa 27 project that is a strategically important operation of the National Programme for Young People, Women and Work 2021-2027, co-funded by the European Union. The Fondo Nuove Competenze is a measure aimed at businesses. It promotes innovation and new employment: it aims to increase the skills of workers in order to meet the needs of digitalization, environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. The Fund reimburses the cost of working hours spent attending skills development courses. The initiative, with a total value of €75,943.09, will involve 68 participants, for a total of 2,720 training hours.

Investing in these new skills is a commitment to the future, not only of the company, but of every individual who is part of it.
