Autovie Venete: SINA and SINELEC awarded the tender for highway civil engineering structures monitoring

SINA and SINELEC, respectively engineering and technology companies of the ASTM Group, in joint venture, have been awarded the tender for the design, build and operating of the dynamic monitoring system with remote control of highway civil engineering structures on Autovie Venete concessions.

The infrastructure monitoring system will cover 15 bridges and viaducts on highway sections under concession to Autovie Venete (on the A4 Venezia-Trieste, the A28 Portogruaro-Pordenone-Conegliano and the A34 Villesse Gorizia).

The service offered, evaluated with the highest technical score by the Contracting Authority, will consist of the executive design of the monitoring systems, the supply and installation of the components, including testing and the subsequent management and maintenance of the implemented systems.

The contract also includes the design, installation, calibration, and commissioning of two WIM (Weigh-In-Motion) dynamic weighing systems to support heavy traffic monitoring activities.

This award confirms the Group’s ability to respond to the needs of road operators by incorporating in-house integrated expertise capable of overseeing the entire value chain of the infrastructure sector.
